Texas driving record searches go back 5 – 11 years.
Moving Violations and suspensions go back 5 years, while SR Judgments go back 11 years.
Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) remains on the driving record indefinitely.
Non Moving Violations will not appear on the driving record.
